90 - 100 = A

80 - 89 = B

70 - 79 = C

60 - 69 = D

Below 60 is a major red flag for sickness and disease.

If your Health Score is below where you would like it to be, don’t worry! It is just a result. If you don’t like the result, we will help you change your actions to produce your desired result.

The 8 Questions To Elev8 Your Health

1. Which supplements are you taking?

We like to start by recommending just the basics to our clients to see how they respond. Starting off by taking too many supplements can be overwhelming to a new client. However, in most cases, more supplements are needed to fix extensive problems. If your score is not going up your Health Coach may recommend additional supplements to overcome the problem.

2. How much of each of these supplements are you taking?

3. Are you taking these supplements consistently every day?

4. Have well are you following the Good Food/Bad Food list? How many grams of protein are you consuming every day??

5. How much sleep do you get every night? Is it good sleep??

6. How much water are you drinking per day?

7. How much exercise are you getting?

8. Is there anything in your life causing stress?
